Getting Started
1. What is a Web Store?
The Web Store is a hosted online payment center, providing a convenient way for parents, students, and other patrons to make payments for cafeteria meals, activity fees, and a variety of other campus and district related services.
There are no transaction fees, and the system accepts debit cards, credit cards, and e-checks.
You do not need an account to browse the Web Store. However, you do need an account to make payments using the Web Store. You can create an account at checkout.
3. What information do I need to provide to purchase online?You will need to provide the following information to purchase online:
- Debit card, Credit Card, or Check
- A valid email address
- A password, which you will create during your first purchase
4. Why do I need to enter an email address?
Your email address serves two purposes.
- After each completed Web Store purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.
- The email address you provide also serves as your Web Store account login. Through your account, you can view previous purchases, update your account information, and change your password. For easier access to your purchase history, we recommend using the same email address for all Web Store transactions.
5. What is my password?
During your first online purchase, you will be prompted for your email address and a password. You can create any password of your own choosing. Your password must contain at least one alphabet character and at least one digit, must not be less than eight characters, and must not contain any of the following characters: < ( ' ) >. We recommend you create a strong password that is unique to your Web Store account and not used elsewhere.
6. How do I change my email address or password?
Click the Login link in the navigation column on the right side of the desktop screen. Login with your "old" email address and password. Then, click the My Account > My Settings and locate the Account header on the left side of the desktop screen. Click the Edit button to update your email address. You can also update your password by clicking Change Password.
7. What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, click Login > Forgot Password. If the email address you enter is on file, we will automatically send you a link via email to reset your password.
