ABE/ESL/GED

The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE)

offers free classes to adults interested in ABE, ESL,

or GED classes. Students planning to register for any

HCDE Adult Education classes are required to attend

orientation. Students must be 18 years old on the

day of enrollment.
